IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- SATURDAY & SUNDAY- Open to ADULTS 18 years & older
- This is a non-sanctioned event that will not affect your pickleball rating
- Franklin pickleballs will be used for all event play
- This charity event has a NO REFUND policy
REGISTRATION:
- Register online through TopDog should begis first week of December.

FORMAT:
- Entries limited to eight (8) teams in each category/division
- Each FULL category/division will be split into two (2) groups
- A round robin will be played within each group
- each match will be one (1) game / first to 15 points (at 14-14, next point wins)
- TOTAL # of games won determines place in division/group standings
- 4th round will be the semi-final match
- Group #1 1st place vs Group #2 2nd place
- Group #1 2nd place vs Group #2 1st place
- The remaining four (4) teams will play an additional game too
- 5th round will be the finals
- Winners of the semi-finals play for overall 1st & 2nd place medal
- Remaining two (2) teams of the semi-finals will play for overall 3rd place medal
- The remaining four (4) teams will be scheduled an additional game as well for fun
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each skill category/division for men, women & mixed will be awarded
Tournament commitee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
ENTRY FEE:
- $50 per player / one event Saturday - $90 per player / two events Saturday & Sunday
- Online payment/registration only should begin first week in December
- Entry includes a player gift and a swag bag
- IMPORTANT - This charity event has a NO REFUND policy
WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?
- The team must play in the division of the higher rated/skilled player
- Players may always choose to play UP if desired
- Players may not play down a level
The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Registrtion opens - December 01, 2024
- Registration deadline - 7:00 pm Friday January 24, 2025
- Draws published in TopDog by Sunday afternoon Janurary 26, 2025
- Play begins Saturday morning February 1, 2025 as early as 9:00am
- FRIDAY evening January 31, 2025 - kickoff party @ VCP / RSVP by clicking on the link below
NOTES TO PLAYERS:
- All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament
- Only players in the match are permitted on the court during tournament play
- Shower facilities are NOT available
- Refreshments will be available for purchase
- Raffle drawings will be held so bring your cash
